About

Welcome to my website! There are many therapists in Santa Rosa and I appreciate you taking the time to learn about me. I pride myself in being authentic and direct with non-judgmental compassion. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. Not because of any underlying flaws, but because life can be extremely difficult and can unexpectedly leave us feeling unprepared and unsure of how to continue.

I'm not going to just tell you what you want to hear. Therapy requires vulnerability and can be hard work but the result is worth it! I often provide clients with skills to try outside of therapy. With 168 hours in the week, I only ask that you participate in the hour we spend together and encourage you to attempt the skills in "real" life.

The most important factor in effective therapy is the relationship. Contact me to find out if we would be a good fit to work together!
